The Tillman County Historical Society’s annual membership drive is currently underway.
New memberships are being accepted and existing membership renewals are due for the 2011 year.

Annual family, $25
Pioneer member (over age 65), $10
Pioneer family, $20
Contributing member/family, $50
Supporting member/family, $100
Patron member/family, $250.

Individuals and families should pay dues at whatever level they feel comfortable.
Business memberships may be purchased for $50.
Membership dues may be paid at the Pioneer Townsite Museum; mailed to the Tillman County Historical Society, P.O. Box 833, Frederick, OK 73542; or paid to any member of the Tillman County Historical Society’s Board of Directors.
Board members are Cathy Riggins, Cacy Caldwell, Dena Northcutt, Gary Tyler, Jay Oxford, Su Clifton, Virginia Walker, Roy Perkins, Jim Smith, Kent Smith, Frances Goodknight, Jack Bohl, Merle Atkins, Judy Benson, Joe Wynn, and Jimmy Espinosa, museum manager.
Gary Tyler serves as president of the historical society. Cacy Caldwell is vice president.
All proceeds from the historical society’s membership drive and other fundraising activities will be used for continued operation of the Pioneer Townsite Museum in Frederick. State budget cuts to the Oklahoma Historical Society have shifted responsibility for all of the museum’s operational expenses to the county historical group, making proceeds from membership and other fundraisers especially important.
The Tillman County Historical and Educational Society is a 501-C-3 organization. Dues and contributions to the organization are tax-deductible.
